PLANE (Pathways for Learning Anywhere anytime; a Network for Educators) is a "digital education revolution" initiative that has been started by the New South Wales government in Australia. The request was for concept development of a logo for the innovative program that presented an engaging opportunity for educators to grow and leverage new technologies in their profession. The logo had to be a starting block of sorts to build out the rest of the brand identity that would be fully digital, social, and interactive. Color decisions were based on the flag and official state color: sky blue. (Concepts were developed but not used as final.)
